Lightmark compares the initial HTML returned to a normal browser and GPTBot. It inspects live HTTP behavior, discovery files, metadata, structured data, accessibility names, scripts, security and privacy signals, trust links, content structure, and conversion paths.

Every failed or partial check includes observed evidence, a focused change, and a done-when condition. The Improve step converts those findings into 1 ordered implementation prompt, while unavailable field data remains an explicit limitation instead of becoming an inferred score.

The 11 scorecards remain independent because a single aggregate grade can hide a serious blocker. Lightmark applies explicit caps when crawler access fails, meaningful raw content is missing, or HTTPS is unavailable, then shows the individual evidence behind every deduction.
